All shipping for the month of August 2009 will be FREE! Free shipping will be by regular mail using CanadaPost.
If Expresspost is preferred a standard CDN$15.00 charge will be added, applicable to any destination.

The customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes.
Canadian orders will have 5% GST added to the price of the item
All Ontario residents will also have Provincial Sales Tax added

Return Policy

Many of the components used in our pieces are vintage and due to age may not have the exact same shading and patina, which only make the item more beautiful, rare, and should be coveted.

As well, some of our pieces include semi-precious beads and stones, as well as woods, and as do many products from nature, may have inherent variances in shading and veining, but once again, only adds to its uniqueness and beauty.

Returns are only accepted due to manufacturing defects.

For health reasons, there is absolutely no return on earrings, whether clip or pierced any and any returned items must be absolutely free of fragrance (in liquid, cream, solid or any other form) whatsoever.

All returns must be accompanied by a RTV # clearly written on the outside packaging.
RTV # may be obtained from us by emailing info@restatedjewelry with a description of the defect within 7 days of the receipt of the item; and the item must be received by us at

All items must not have been worn and in original packaging.

All items will be inspected by us before paypal credit will be issued.

No credit will be issued by us for any brokerage, duties and taxes borne by the customer as a result of this purchase, or its return, but we certainly do encourage them to seek a rebate from any government agency involved.

A restocking charge of 20% will be applied for all returns.

It is our intent to have our customers happy and satisfied, and to use "Re-Stated" as a repeat source of treasure, reward, and constant compliment. Any special circumstance in contradiction to the above policy, will be dealt with individually, with the ultimate objection being a satisfied customer.
